Digital Fiction Writing

Half day workshop – KS3 or KS4 interested in Script Writing.

An introduction to digital writing using Twine with Dr Isabelle van der Bom and Dr Alice Bell from Sheffield Hallam University and writers/developers Andy Campbell and Judi Alston from Dreaming Methods and One to One Development Trust. Andy and Judi have decades of experience developing digital fiction and elaborate narrative games, and their works have won numerous prizes and grants, such as the Tumblr International Prize and Creative’s England Gameslab funding. Isabelle and Alice work on the Reading Digital Fiction project, which seeks to introduce people to digital fiction and investigates people’s engagement with it.
